Olive Tree Bible Software:
End-User License Agreement
This End-User License Agreement (EULA) applies to the following applications and files (Software Products):
- BibleReader™ Application and Desktop Assistant (Applications)
- All available content from Olive Tree Bible Software including font files, Daily Reading files,
Bible files, e-Book files, reference material, and any other files available for download or as a boxed
product (Content)
- Any file created by the user, using technology developed by Olive Tree Bible Software including
Personal Notes, Bookmarks, and Daily Bible Reading Schedules created using the BibleReader™ or
Desktop Assistant (User-Created Content)
By downloading, installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software Products listed above, you agree
to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install,
or use our software products.
Software Product License
The Software Products are protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties,
as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The Software Products are licensed to
the user. Ownership is not sold or given away.

Applications license agreement
You MAY NOT modify, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise reverse engineer any part or component of the
BibleReader or Desktop Assistant, or any of the database files (.pdb) that are used with these applications.
You MAY NOT distribute these Software Products for sale or profit, or post the files on the public Internet,
without the express written permission of Olive Tree Bible Software. You MAY, however, link directly to
www.OliveTree.com from your website.

Content license agreement
- Content for Sale
This section includes items that Olive Tree Bible Software has available for sale at OliveTree.com,
Amazon.com, Handango.com, Palmgear.com, or any other third-party retailers website, or boxed
products available in various retail outlets. You MAY use ONE copy of the purchased software
on a single computer. You MAY make ONE copy of the purchased software for archival purposes.
You MAY make the software available on a private network, provided you have purchased one copy
for each computer connected to the network. You MAY NOT distribute these Software Products for
sale or profit, or post the files on the public Internet, without the express written permission
of Olive Tree Bible Software. You MAY, however, link directly to www.OliveTree.com from your
website.
- Content for Free
This section includes any items that Olive Tree Bible Software makes available for free and may
include downloads and/or CDs given away by us or any company/organization work as a partner with
Olive Tree Bible Software. You MAY make as many copies as you wish and use the files on as many
devices as you wish. You MAY make the files available on a private network. You MAY NOT
distribute these Software Products for sale or profit, or post the files on the public Internet,
without the express written permission of Olive Tree Bible Software. You MAY, however, link
directly to www.OliveTree.com from your website.

User-Created Content license agreement
Content created by the user with BibleReader™ or Desktop Assistant are licensed for personal and private
non-commercial use only. These files include Personal Notes, Bookmarks and user-created Bible Reading
Schedules. You MAY NOT distribute these files for sale or profit, however, you MAY give them away for
free and MAY post them on the Internet for download as long as they are free. You are responsible to
abide by any applicable copyright laws for the content that is included in these files.

Statement of Warranty and Liability
The Software Products and any related documentation is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind,
either expressed or implied.
In no event shall Olive Tree Bible Software be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the
use of or inability to use these Software Products.
All rights not expressly granted in this EULA are reserved by Olive Tree Bible Software. All copyrights to
Olive Tree Bible Software products are exclusively owned by the author -- Olive Tree Bible Software, Inc.
